Rooted

Rooted is a small boutique that required some guidance with their merchandising, they combine own bought product with consignment items that don’t always lend themselves to the same themes and was making some of the areas confusing and not straight forward for the customer. I ran workshops for their staff to better assist them in building out merchandising in way that made sense to the shopper.
